PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel orders if:
Payment fails or is flagged for fraud
Stock becomes unavailable
We believe the order breaches our terms
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver to the UK. International shipping is by special request only.
Estimated delivery times:
UK Standard: 2–4 working days
International: 7–10 working days
You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
All deliveries are protected by Route Shipping Protection, covering loss, theft, or damage during transit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied:
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of return approval.

Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & GIFT CARDS
All promotional codes, discount offers, and vouchers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
AFFILIATE & REWARDS PROGRAMS
Participation in the RED:MEN Affiliate or Rewards Program is subject to separate terms and conditions.
Rewards points, credits, and commissions have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Misuse of programs (fraudulent referrals, duplicate accounts, or false promotion) will result in account termination.
